Information we handle
When you use Pro Tambola, we process information needed to provide the service. This may include your Google sign-in identifier and email, display name, username, optional contact phone number and profile image; game participation, tickets and claims; purchase and subscription records; support messages; and security events. RevenueCat processes Pro Tambola Coin balance and related virtual-currency activity.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, operate and coordinate games, display tickets and claims, verify purchases, maintain wallet balances, provide customer support, prevent fraud and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers, payments and advertising
Google provides sign-in, Google Play billing and advertising services. Google Play and RevenueCat handle or verify purchases; Pro Tambola receives product, order and entitlement records, not your full payment-card number. Google AdMob delivers rewarded ads and may process device or advertising identifiers under its own policies. We also use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication and operating the service; they process information as needed to provide those services.
Information shown to other players
Your display name, username and profile image may be visible to hosts and players in games you join. If you choose to send a request to a host, your contact phone number may be shared with that host to respond. Your Google email is not shown to other players.
Retention and account deletion
We keep account information while your account is active. You can request account deletion at protambola.com/delete-account. When a request is completed, we remove or de-identify direct account identifiers and revoke access tokens. Limited game, claim, purchase, financial or security records may be retained in de-identified form when needed for game integrity, dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted network connections in production and audit records to help protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Pro Tambola is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to online services in their country. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can update profile information and manage blocked players in the app. For an access or correction request, or a question about this policy, email support@protambola.com from your registered email address.
