How to submit a request
- Send an email from the Google email address you use to sign in to Pro Tambola.
- Use the subject line Pro Tambola Account Deletion Request.
- Include your Pro Tambola username, if you have one, so we can identify the account.
We may reply to verify that you own the account before processing the request. Please do not include your password, PIN, one-time passcode or payment-card details.
What happens to your information
When a request is completed, we remove or de-identify direct account identifiers and revoke access tokens. Limited game, claim, purchase, financial or security records may be retained in de-identified form when needed for game integrity, dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
