Eligibility and account access
You must be legally able to use the service in your location and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in credentials and any verification codes private. You are responsible for activity through your authenticated account until you report unauthorised access.
Entertainment service and local rules
Pro Tambola provides tools for organising and playing Tambola. You are responsible for making sure any game you host or join is lawful where you are. Do not use the service for unlawful gambling or cash wagering.
Fair play and conduct
Do not manipulate results, exploit bugs, impersonate others, harass players, publish unlawful content, automate unauthorised access or interfere with the service. We may restrict chat, invalidate claims or suspend accounts to protect players and game integrity.
Coins, prizes and purchases
Pro Tambola Coins are an in-app balance for use within Pro Tambola. They are not money, cannot be transferred outside the app and have no cash value. Store purchases, cancellations and refunds are also subject to Google Play policies. Prize rules and eligibility are shown by the game host; review them before joining.
Host responsibilities
Hosts must describe schedules, entry prices and prize rules accurately, fund any displayed prize pool, review claims fairly and comply with applicable law. Hosts must not misrepresent a game or use the service to collect off-platform wagers.
Availability and changes
Live services can be interrupted by network issues, maintenance or events outside our control. We may change or discontinue features. Verified wallet and purchase records will be handled consistently with applicable law.
Suspension and account deletion
We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security threats or material violations of these terms. To request deletion of your account, use the account deletion page. Some records may be retained in de-identified form where needed for game integrity, dispute handling or legal obligations.
Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Questions can be sent to support@protambola.com.
